This is the part that makes SendTidings run itself. Set a send day once per site, and the monthly report goes out on its own: every month, covering the month just gone, branded as you, straight to your client’s inbox. Connect once, send forever.
Pick a send day
Open the site, go to its Schedule section, and choose the day of the month you want the report to go out. That’s the whole setup. From then on SendTidings sends automatically on that day, every month, covering the previous calendar month.
The first report lands on the next occurrence of the day you picked. So if you set the 5th on the 20th of the month, the first send is the 5th of next month, covering this month once it’s complete.
It’s per site
Each site has its own send day and its own recipients, so you can stagger clients across the month rather than firing everything off on the 1st. There’s no single org-wide schedule; you set the day on each site as you add it.
Pause and resume
The Schedule section has a Send monthly reports automatically toggle. Turn it off and that site stops sending: handy while you’re verifying a sender domain, onboarding a client who isn’t ready to receive yet, or pausing a site between contracts. Nothing is deleted; flip it back on and the next scheduled send goes out as normal.
Scheduled send vs Send now
The schedule is the automatic, recurring send. Send now (on the site detail page) is a manual, one-off send of the report right now: it doesn’t change the schedule, and the automatic monthly send still happens on its day regardless.
Use Send now when you want a real report immediately: a fresh setup, a catch-up send, or showing a client the first one early. Use the schedule for everything ongoing. And for checking the layout without sending anything real, that’s Send test, which is a different thing again.
