Made for the way Plausible agencies work.

If you chose Plausible, you care about doing analytics the clean way: lightweight, no cookie banner, GDPR-friendly, no handing client data to an ad network. A monthly report shouldn’t undo any of that.

SendTidings reads your Plausible stats over the API on a schedule and turns them into an email. There’s nothing to install on your client’s site, no second tracking script, no cookies added, nothing for anyone to consent to. The report is a server-to-server pull and then a plain, beautiful email — the same quiet, privacy-respecting posture you picked Plausible for in the first place.

Three steps, then it’s on autopilot.

01

Connect Plausible once

Add your Stats API key and your instance URL (plausible.io for Cloud, or your own domain for self-hosted) at the organisation level. Every site you add picks it up; you never paste a key per site.

02

Point a site at its Plausible property

Add a client site, choose the matching Plausible property from the dropdown, and set Plausible as the primary source for that site.

03

Set the schedule and forget it

Add the client’s email and pick a send day. On the 1st of every month, the report goes out, branded as you, with your Plausible numbers inside.

Running several self-hosted Plausible instances? Connect each one and every site picks the box that holds its data. There’s no limit.

Questions from Plausible agencies.

Does this work with self-hosted Plausible?
Yes. Plausible Cloud and self-hosted instances use the same connection: you give SendTidings your instance URL (e.g. analytics.youragency.com) and a Stats API key. Running more than one self-hosted box is fine too; each connection is independent and every site picks the one that holds its data.
Do my clients need a Plausible account?
No. You connect your Plausible once at the organisation level. Your clients just receive the monthly report by email; they never touch Plausible or SendTidings.
What Plausible data goes into the report?
Visitors, pageviews, visits, bounce rate, average visit time and pages per visit for the month, plus your top pages and top traffic sources. It's the headline numbers a client actually cares about, written as a letter rather than a dashboard.
I use Plausible AND Google Analytics on some sites. Which one feeds the report?
Each site has one primary provider: that's the source the report reads. Set Plausible as primary on the sites where it's the source of truth, and it's a one-click switch per site if you ever change your mind.
Is the report itself privacy-friendly, like Plausible?
It fits the same ethos. SendTidings reads your Plausible stats over the API on a schedule — no tracking script on your client's site, no cookies added, nothing for them to consent to. The report is a server-to-server pull, then a plain email.
How long does it take to set up?
A few minutes. Add your Plausible connection once, add a site, pick the matching Plausible property, add the client's email, and set the send day. Connect once, send forever.

Turn Plausible into a report worth reading.

Free for one site, forever. No credit card. Five minutes to your first report.

Also connects Google Analytics, Matomo, Search Console & uptime. See how SendTidings compares.
