What’s new.

New integrations, report improvements, and the occasional fix. We ship small and often — here’s the trail.

New

Tags for clients and sites

A new free-form labelling system for organising your client book however you actually think about it.

  • Manage your tag vocabulary in Organisation → Tags (name + colour from a fixed palette).
  • Apply tags from a picker on any client or site detail page.
  • Tag chips show on Clients and Sites table rows.
  • Filter either table by one or many tags (multi-select, matches any).
  • Client tags flow down to site rows on the global Sites list — a “VIP” tag on a client surfaces on every site beneath it.
  • Bulk Add tags and Bulk Remove tags alongside the existing bulk actions on the Sites table.
Improved

One Plausible or Matomo key, every site

Plausible and Matomo connections can now live at the organisation level, not just per site.

  • Connect once. Add your Plausible or Matomo API key in your organisation settings and every client site in that org can use it — no more pasting the same key for each new site.
  • Per-site still works. If a particular client needs its own key (separate Plausible Cloud account, different Matomo instance), set it on that site directly and it overrides the org default.
  • Mirrors how UptimeRobot already worked. Same shape across all the integrations now, so the connection model is consistent wherever you look.

Most useful for agencies running their own self-hosted Plausible or a single Matomo install across the whole client portfolio.

New

Broken integrations, caught before send day

The worst time to discover a client’s analytics connection has broken is when their report goes out empty — or doesn’t go at all.

SendTidings now runs daily health checks against every connected integration. If a key gets revoked, a token expires, or a connection breaks, you’re flagged ahead of the 1st — with time to fix it before a client ever notices. Quiet reliability, working in the background.

New

See when clients open your reports

You can now tell whether a report actually got read — and trust that it landed.

  • Open tracking. The dashboard shows which recipients opened each report, so you know the work was seen (and which clients to follow up with).
  • Delivery status on every report. Sent, delivered, bounced — visible at a glance, no guessing.
  • Automatic bounce & complaint handling. Hard bounces and spam complaints are suppressed automatically, so you stop emailing a dead address and protect your sending reputation.
  • One-click resend. If a report runs into trouble, resend it from the dashboard without rebuilding anything.
Improved

Richer reports — and reports without analytics

More in every report, and more flexibility about what a report can be.

  • New Audience section — device and country breakdown, so clients can see who’s visiting, not just how many.
  • Sparklines for GA4 and Matomo — at-a-glance trend lines next to the headline numbers.
  • Analytics is now optional. A report can send with any single service connected — so an uptime-only or Search-Console-only report works for clients where that’s all you track.
Improved

Smoother setup and sending

A batch of improvements to getting a client set up and keeping sends clean:

  • Searchable property pickers for Google Analytics 4 and Search Console — find the right property fast instead of scrolling a long list.
  • Plausible self-hosting supported in the add-site flow, for agencies running their own Plausible instance.
  • Next-send date shown on every site, plus pagination and remembered preferences in the site tables.
  • Custom sender-domain verification — a clearer flow for sending from your own domain, with the sender guarded once the domain’s verified.
New Integration

Uptime monitoring, powered by UptimeRobot

You can now keep an eye on whether your clients’ sites are actually up — and put that front and centre in the monthly report.

  • Connect once per agency. Add your UptimeRobot Main API key in your organisation settings and it’s available across every client. No per-site key juggling.
  • Enable per site. Flip monitoring on for any site and SendTidings creates the monitor for you — no copying URLs between tools.
  • Live status in the dashboard. Each site shows an Up / Down / Paused pill, its 30-day uptime percentage, and average response time, refreshed every two hours (or on demand with the Refresh button).
  • Uptime in the report. The monthly email now carries 30-day and 7-day uptime figures alongside the traffic numbers — so “the site’s been solid this month” is something you can show, not just say.

UptimeRobot was the most-requested integration after the analytics sources. It’s live now on every plan.

Improved

A redesigned monthly report

The report email got a full re-skin — warmer, more editorial, and more yours.

  • A field-report look. Warm paper, serif headings, editorial section numbering, and ranked lists with proportional meter bars so the biggest numbers read at a glance.
  • Your logo in the masthead. Paid plans put your agency logo at the top of every report, falling back to your accent colour and name if you haven’t added one yet.
  • Pick your paper. Choose Warm, Clean white, or Soft grey in your branding settings — your accent colour carries through whichever you pick.
  • Smarter highlights. A single headline per connected service sits at the top, and the bar hides itself entirely when analytics is your only source — no awkward empty space.

All email-safe: no web fonts, renders cleanly everywhere from Gmail to Outlook.

New

Team accounts and roles

Bring your team into SendTidings instead of sharing one login.

  • Invite teammates by email with a branded invitation that lands in their inbox.
  • Roles — Owner, Admin, and Member — so you decide who can change what.
  • Members can edit branding and report content, so whoever writes the client update doesn’t need the keys to the whole account.
  • Up to five recipients per site, so a single report can reach the marketing lead and the founder at the same time.
