Billing & refunds
Everything you’d ask before paying.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we charge a prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period: you keep the higher plan until then, and we don't prorate refunds for the unused portion.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. All paid plans are monthly so you can leave or change at any time without committing a year up front. We may add annual billing (with a small discount) once we have enough customers asking for it.
What about VAT / sales tax?
Prices on this page are exclusive of sales tax. UK VAT (or your local equivalent) is added at checkout where required. The exact amount and a valid invoice are shown before you confirm payment.
What currency are prices in?
We list prices in pounds sterling (GBP). Our payments processor handles currency conversion for non-UK customers, and your card statement will show the local-currency equivalent on the day of charge.
Can I get a refund?
UK and EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right to
withdraw from a first paid subscription, and our payments
processor (Paddle) also considers discretionary refunds
within 14 days on a case-by-case basis. Full details are

What happens when I cancel?
Cancelling stops future charges immediately. Your account stays on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then drops to the free tier (or closes entirely on request). Your data is exportable for up to thirty days after cancellation.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry a few times over the following week and email you each time. If we still can't collect after the retry window, your account drops to the free tier rather than being closed; you don't lose any data.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan (Starter and Growth) starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try the paid features (your branding, multiple recipients, the live client dashboard) in full. We ask for a card upfront, but you're not charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you owe nothing. Prefer not to enter a card at all? The free tier is genuinely free forever for one site.
I'm an agency / I'm a freelancer: which plan?
Most freelancers start on Free. Most agencies pick Starter (£29/month, 20 sites). Agencies with more than 20 client sites, or a small team, go to Growth (up to 75 sites). Need more than 75, or priority support? Enterprise has unlimited sites: get in touch.
