Tag your clients and sites — and slice your list any way you think

Editorial illustration: five cream envelopes laid in a row on a wooden desk, each sealed with a different-coloured wax stamp — forest green, red, dusty blue, ochre, dusky purple. A wax-stamp tray in the corner and a few paper tags with hand-written labels scattered around.

Big agency client books rarely fit into neat categories. You think in retainer vs project, in industry, in priority, in the difference between long-term partners and the one-off site you set up three years ago. Until now you had to keep all of that in your head.

SendTidings now has tags. Create a tag at the org level — name, colour, done. Apply it to any client or site. Then filter your client and site lists by one tag, two tags, half a dozen — the chips at the top of each table make it instant.

A few practical touches: client-level tags flow down to site rows automatically, so a “VIP” tag on a client surfaces on every site beneath it. And on the Sites table, the existing bulk actions now include Add tags and Remove tags, so labelling fifty sites at once is one menu click.
