Why we're building SendTidings
Most agencies I know send their monthly client reports the same way: a flurry of CSV exports on the third of the month, an hour of fighting with a Google Doc, a PDF that nobody opens.
The work is real. The reporting is performative.
SendTidings exists because I think the report itself is the product — a small, warm, branded thing that lands in your client’s inbox on the first of the month and reads like a letter. Not a dashboard. Not a deck. A letter.
Three things we care about
- It has to be beautiful. Typography, spacing, the little postmark in the corner. Clients open emails that look like they were made by a person.
- It has to be automatic. Set it up once per client, then forget about it. The fastest report is the one you don’t have to write.
- It has to be honest. No vanity metrics by default. Show traffic, show enquiries, show what’s actually changed.
We’re early. The free tier is genuinely free, the open-source version is on the way, and we’re onboarding a few agencies a week. If that sounds like you, join the waitlist.
