Why we're building SendTidings

Most agencies I know send their monthly client reports the same way: a flurry of CSV exports on the third of the month, an hour of fighting with a Google Doc, a PDF that nobody opens.

The work is real. The reporting is performative.

SendTidings exists because I think the report itself is the product — a small, warm, branded thing that lands in your client’s inbox on the first of the month and reads like a letter. Not a dashboard. Not a deck. A letter.

Three things we care about

  1. It has to be beautiful. Typography, spacing, the little postmark in the corner. Clients open emails that look like they were made by a person.
  2. It has to be automatic. Set it up once per client, then forget about it. The fastest report is the one you don’t have to write.
  3. It has to be honest. No vanity metrics by default. Show traffic, show enquiries, show what’s actually changed.

We’re early. The free tier is genuinely free, the open-source version is on the way, and we’re onboarding a few agencies a week. If that sounds like you, join the waitlist.
